Are you ready to take your event to the next level? It's as easy as 1, 2, 3! Here's how to get started:

1. Email us at booking@fluxionentertainment.com or fill out our contact form!
  • Include your event date, location (city, state), and time.
  • Not sure what acts you'd like? We can come up with suggestions based on your event type, theme/color scheme, and budget!
2. Create your Customized Entertainment Experience!
  • We'll send custom suggestions and packages that will be a perfect fit for your event.
​​3. Finalize Booking!
  • Once we decide what acts are best, we will send you an electronic contract and invoice. Simple as that!

Notes:
  • Dates cannot be held without a signed contract and a deposit.
  • We prefer to have at least one month notice to book your event so we can give your Customized Entertainment Experience the attention and detail it deserves! Feel free to reach out at any time, though - we'd love to see what we can do for you!

Where are you located?

We comfortably service New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Eastern Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts. We often travel to Northern Maryland and Delaware as well! Wherever your event is, we always do our best to accommodate.

When should I reach out to you to begin booking?

It is never too early to reach out to us! The earlier you reach out, the more time we have to curate your customized looks and lock in top performers. We prefer to have at least one month notice from your event date, but always do our best to accommodate any request!

What happens on the day of my event?

A few days before your event date, you will get a "Final Detail Check-In" email with a reminder list of basic information you or your event planner will need to keep in mind upon our arrival!

We will arrive on site about 1 hour to 1.5 hours before our first set is to begin. We will need to be shown to a private & secure changing space that our performers can store their belongings and change into costume! Then, our on-site manager will walk through the performance/event space with you so we can see exactly where we will be performing.

​After that, you're off the hook! Our company is extremely independent and self-sufficient so you can worry about you and your event while we make your entertainment experience spectacular!

What entertainment types do you offer?

We offer many different styles of entertainment based on your event type and what you're looking for! Here are a few options you'll see us present:

Ambient/Roaming Performances: During these types of performances, there is no specific attention brought to your entertainers. They will roam the event, party on the dance floor, or be placed in a focal point of your event for everyone to see! Guests at your event can wander up and watch the performer as they please.

Featured Stage Shows: This option brings all attention to the performer! This is popularly booked with our Fire Performances, but can be utilized for many other acts as well. For this option, your guests will gather to watch the show, so everything happening throughout the rest of the event generally pauses while everyone watches! This is a great dinnertime option to consider too!

Will your acts damage the venue?

In short - no! When we book, we will ask to ensure the room at your venue is satisfactory to the needs of the acts you choose for the safety of our performers, your guests, and for the well being of your venue. Our Strolling Table, Stilt Walkers, Roller Skaters, Aerialists, etc. all have protective gear to ensure that ballroom floors are not damaged, and our Fire Performers are professionally trained and accompanied by a safety personnel during their show. We are able to provide a certificate of liability upon request. Plus, our performers carry specialty insurance policies as well! 

How do Fire Performances work?

You can book our Fire Performers anywhere - indoors or outdoors - but we strongly encourage outdoor spaces where possible. We will be there every step of the way to guide you throughout the set up process, and we will even discuss with your venue directly if needed - giving a clear checklist of what we need before showtime! 

Our performers are professionally trained and insured, and there is always safety personnel on site for all fire shows because yes, we do use real fire! We are able to provide a certificate of liability upon request. ​

What do your services cost?

Our entertainment options begin at $550. To come up with the proper cost, we take into account the type of act, location and where travel is needed, the costuming type and complexity, and the length of performances. We don't provide a set price sheet because we create Customized Entertainment Experiences for each of our clients, and ensure each offering is best for each specific event!

Other than working at private events, some of the top event planners in the areas we service, and events with many large corporations, some places you might have seen our performers are the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, Hard Rock Hotel NYC for Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, Nichols College, Withum, Mayo Performing Arts Center, Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, Panorama Room NYC for CoinGeek, The Saint Cloud Lounge at The Knickerbocker in NYC, and so much more.
