Fluxion Entertainment LLC is an award winning entertainment agency that seeks the area's top talent to create interactive experiences at special events and occasions. With our plethora of creative concepts and talents, we bring any event to life, adding a little extra touch of amazement for all to enjoy! We provide luxury cirque style performers and novelty acts to any live event.

We were created to be more than just a talent booking agency. Our mission is to transform creative concepts and unique entertainment dreams into reality, ensuring each event stands out from the next. We dream in vivid color, glitter, and disco balls - now it's time to breathe life into these visions for our clients!

Our Story

​Fluxion Entertainment was launched in 2019 by our Chief Experience Officer (CEO) and Creative Director, Lauren Adams, in the heart of Long Island, New York. A specialty performer herself, she has been in the industry professionally since 2016 where she was experienced by many large events and companies. As a creative, she had her own amazing ideas that she wanted to bring to life!

In her micro-sized studio apartment with her laptop, tiny sewing machine and pounds of hot glue, she worked long and hard learning skills that would bring the entertainment industry to a new level!

Now, Fluxion Entertainment has expanded and services the entire Northeast region of the United States still working with local, bespoke talent. We are always learning and growing, and can't wait to see what's next!

Meet Lauren:
Chief Experience Officer (CEO) & Creative Director

Our Chief Experience Officer (CEO) and Creative Director Lauren was pretty much raised in the stage spotlight. She could be found on stages from cheerleading to competition dance, music recitals and so much more as she grew up as a performance artist of many disciplines. 

She went off to college and graduated with a degree in Communication and Marketing, beginning her career as a marketing professional working with many agencies and brands along the way.

Within her professional performance career prior to starting Fluxion Entertainment, she has performed for and coordinated teams for huge companies and events such as Audi, Big 3 League Championship for Fox5, Lost Lands Music Festival, and so much more. 

Lauren is a skilled LED Performer, Fire Dancer, Character Actress, and Atmospheric Model. She is also learning how to be a Stilt Walker, and dabbles in Aerials as well! She is always learning and growing within her skill set. Today, she runs her company full time and blends her knowledge of business and marketing with her vast experience in the special events industry to bring you Fluxion Entertainment!
