What entertainment styles do you offer?
We offer many different styles of entertainment based on your event type and what you're looking for. Here are a few options you'll see us present:
Atmospheric/Roaming Performances: During these types of performances, there is no specific attention brought to your entertainers. They will stroll throughout the event, party on the dance floor, or be placed in a focal point of your event for everyone to see. Guests at your event can wander up and watch the performer as they please, the event does not pause for the performances.
Featured Stage Shows: This option brings all attention to the performer, and the event pauses while the performer takes center floor. Your guests will usually take their seats and clear the dance floor for this performance style. This is popularly booked with our Fire Performances, or Belly Dancers, but can be utilized for a handful of other acts as well. This performance style is typically choreographed to a specific set of music, higher-energy, and a great option to consider for dinnertime entertainment.
Hybrid: Looking for something different? We can book a hybrid of the above two options! Maybe you'll want your entertainers to perform a short featured show, and do a meet and greet for photos afterwards? Let us know what you're looking for, and we will bring it to life!

Will your acts damage the venue?

Not only for the safety of our performers, but for your guests, and for the well being of your venue. Our Strolling Table, Stilt Walkers, Roller Skaters, Aerialists, etc. all have protective gear to ensure that ballroom floors are not damaged, and our Fire Performers are professionally trained and insured and accompanied by a safety personnel during their show. We are able to provide a Certificate of Insurance upon request for any act.
How do Fire Performances work?
You can book our Fire Performers anywhere - indoors or outdoors - but we strongly encourage outdoor spaces where possible. We will be there every step of the way to guide you throughout the set up process, and we discuss with your venue directly - giving a clear checklist of what is required before showtime!
Depending on where your event is located, a permitting fee or fire/police detail may apply and a site inspection from the Fluxion team and/or local Fire Department may also be required. This can be seen most commonly in New York City & the Burroughs, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire, though other locations might request this as well depending on the event type you're hosting. We have licensed E28 Fire Producers and E29 Fire Performers on staff, so we can accommodate fire shows in most areas.

What do your services cost?
We do not publicize our pricing because costs for our entertainment options vary from act to act, and depend on a number of factors. We offer a wide variety of packages and acts so that there are options that can be best tailored to your needs and budget.
To come up with the proper cost based on the unique specs of your event, we take into account the type of act/what staff is needed on site, any travel fees that may be incurred, costuming complexity requirements, potential holidays your event falls on, and back end magic that makes working with us as smooth as possible! We can provide a pricing sheet upon request that will have customized quotes for each act that we offer based on the unique features of your event.

Do you provide the event decorations I see in a photo example?
We do not provide any additional decorations, set props, etc. that are not part of the performers costume or directly required for the performance to occur unless specifically mentioned in our quotes or contracts, or that are requested by the client and agreed to by Fluxion Entertainment in writing. If it is not being worn by our performer or if it is not required for our performer to complete their act, we do not provide it. If you are curious about what is included for a specific act, please explicitly ask so we can clarify with you!
My question has not been answered here, how can I contact you?
